However, we understand that sometimes a decoration might not fit your vision or arrive not quite as festive as expected.
This Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed with care, clarity, and our global community in mind. Just as we protect your privacy, we aim to make any return or exchange process smooth, secure, and stress-free.
1. Our Return & Exchange Window
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. This allows you ample time to ensure your Christmas tree decorations, Hanukkah menorahs, or Fall wreaths are perfect for your celebration.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused, and resalable condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To protect the health and safety of our festive community, and due to the nature of seasonal decor, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Christmas Lights & Electrical Decor: All Christmas Lights and plug-in/electrical decorations (e.g., from Indoor Christmas Decorations) for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any decoration that has been personalized, monogrammed, or custom-ordered to your specifications.
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked “Final Sale” during promotional periods.
- Opened Seasonal Candy or Consumables: If applicable in future collections.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos, and we will make it right—no need to wait!
4. Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the Return/Exchange Request Template provided below to ensure we have all necessary details.
- Receive Instructions: Within 2 business days, we will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return address (our festive warehouse in Nashville, TN, USA).
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS) and retaining your proof of postage.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 5 business days). We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
5. Refunds and Credits
Upon approval of your return:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Store credit is available upon request.
- Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days after inspection approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or PayPal to post the credit to your account.
- Store credit: Issued via email within 2 business days.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item to your global destination (excluding Asia and certain remote regions).

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund/store credit. We will ship the replacement item via our standard shipping method once the return is approved.

As we serve a global community (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), please note:
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs duties for international returns.
- We cannot refund original international shipping fees.
- Ensure the package is marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
